You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and the RA number provided by our team.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will guide you through the exchange process.
